Samkalp IAS, Chandigarh is a not-for-profit educational initiative dedicated to providing quality education to Civil Services aspirants of UPSC and State Public Service Commissions. Financial assistance extended through Samkalp is provided without any discrimination and without any expectation of return. The institute receives voluntary support from individuals, organisations, trusts, and institutions to ensure the smooth functioning of its mission. Samkalp is registered under the Income Tax Act and is eligible for tax exemption under Sections 80G and 12A, and is also authorised to receive contributions under CSR provisions.
